These are the slides of my talk for the 16th Biannual Gathering 4 Gardner! I talk about my journey exploring the US looking for geodesic domes, and how I believe they can be used for community building for daily life to analog missions.
As Head of Research and cofounder of Southeast Analog (SEA), I helped form the inaugural research team to select and integrate projects into an analog Martian space mission led by students.
Product Engineering internship at Varda Space Industries, focusing on process controls for polymorph conversion in pharmaceuticals going to space. This was very aerospace internship coded, so ITAR restricted and export controlled so I can’t say much, but it was my first time working with pharmaceutical synthesis and crystallization processes involving polymorphs.
Women’s Health Track of BMED 2310: Intro to Biomedical Engineering Design, focusing on alleviating discomfort associated with lower back pain during pregnancy with a team of 4 others. My first in-class in-depth exposure to the FDA medical device evaluation process. 
Poster presentation of BMED 3110 final project, studying ways to mitigate and quantify the extent of text neck.
Computational project done as part of iResearch Institute, focusing on identifying microbial biomarkers shared across diseases datasets. My first exposure to the world of microbial sequencing and analysis. I also received recognition from the US Patent and Trademark Office through an ISEF Special Award.
