The Microbiome of the Crayfish, Procambarus clarkii Farmed Under Different Growth Conditions

This work came out of a collaboration between Greek researchers and the Konstantinidis lab, where I worked with crayfish microbiota from DNA extraction to sequencing analysis.

Formulation of GLP-1 Polymer-Nanoparticle (PNP) Hydrogels For Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes

Long-term Stabilization of Live Biotherapeutics for Neonatal and Female Health

This work came out of my MSRP summer research, optimizing chemical excipients in formulations with L. crispatus and B. infantis in order to make better live biotherapeutics.
